Add Employees
Add account details for your employees using their email addresses**, enter their 10-digital contact numbers*, and set up their job roles and work locations.

Add Substitutes
Add account details for your substitutes using their email addresses**, and enter their 10-digital contact numbers* so that they can receive mobile notifications.
Download & Complete
*Enter the 10-digit contact number without any special characters such as parentheses or hyphens.
**The email addresses will serve as Account Usernames. Therefore, every employee and substitute account must have a unique email address.
